Audio books

Post by Elaine »

Two things: I have a quadriplegic husband who likes audio books, especially Louis L'Amour. Where is the best website to get those? Also, does anyone know of a voice-activated CD player?

Try your local library. With our library you can download audiobooks right from their website. You can't copy the files, but so long as there is a PC in the room, it wouldn't matter. They also have tons of audiobooks on CD or even cassette.

I listen to a lot of audiobooks on the road. The subscription at Audible.com comes with any two books a month for 20 bucks.

Even I heard about audio books. I have seen them selling on big stores.
