Do you know this book about vampires?

I read a book a couple of years ago and i cant remember the name and author.
I have searched the best vampire books on goodreads but i didnt see it.
Its set in New Orleans. There is 2 guys and 2 girls in it. Its like new age vampires (like Twilight) but they guys work in a pathology lab and steel blood from there (instead of off of animals).
There is sex scenes and im pretty sure it was a male author
The last thing i remember is them fighting bad vampires that go around and kill young girls for blood. And an old Vamp that has been around for centuries.
If you can help or suggest any it would be appreciated :)
