For me reading is something that is fundamentally apart of who I am. At this point I wounldn't feel like me if I wasn't in the middle of a book. Reading gives me both a chance to see the world through other's eyes and to escape the one I'm in whenever I feel trapped. It gives me freedom to explore while still being careful and safe in the comfort of my own home.
