And I hope I'm in right the place for getting this question answered ...

I read something to the tune of - being willing and able to buy and or review the book one happened to be reading on Amazon, from notes on the obc.org website. I tried tracking down the info but I can't seem to find it any where. Can anyone please remind/point me where this is, or explain it to me. Private messages are welcome.
