What I've reread multiple times the most would be Arabian Nights, the Chronicles of Narnia series and almost any of the Paranormal Dating Agency series by Milly Taiden.
I read the "classic" six Austen novels (my Mom insisted that they were required reading) as a young teen. I apparently didn't like them because I don't remember much about them. I have an impression that Pride and Prejudice seemed soap-opera-ish. Since I'm an adult now, I'm contemplating a re-read.

In my opinion Tolkien was a genius. The mythology, the languages, it still takes my breath away.
