I love reading in bed! when the book gets to a really good part for some reason I sit up or lay back down. For me reading is like a roller coaster ride, as the mood changes I change my position.

Yes but even using my nook keeps my husband awake. I make up for lost time when he's on nights lol.

Absolutely! It's the most comfortable place to curl up and snuggle in with a good book.

Gbella wrote:I love to read in bed. My favorite series is the Jack Reacher character from Lee Childs. I guess they call it "man fiction". I hate turning the light off when I am sleepy and done reading so I thought I would share with you a cool product I found called the Sunset Dimmer. You just plug your lamp in and it will gradually dim the bulb over 30 minutes. No need to turn the light off when you are done reading anymore and the gradual dimming is subtle and soothing.

I can't wait for the new Lee Child's book "The Affair" to come out. Anyone else out there a Jack Reacher fan??
That lamp would be amazing! I finish reading and don't want to get up to shut the light off all the time too. I usually just end up going to sleep with the light still on even though it will mean not getting the best sleep. I still love reading in bed though, especially now that my boyfriend and I bought a new adjustable bed :)

Not really. My bed is for sleeping. I read just about everywhere else.

However, I just got a kindle and I think I might try to read in bed more. I just feel the situation is uncomfortable. I cannot really explain it.

I think reading before you go to sleep is a good way to end the day in my opinion, because it's quiet and you've got nothing else to do. It should be your worry-free time!

I do! I think reading on my stomach with the book in front of me is more comfortable.
