310. I'm reading The Blue Fairy Book by Andrew Lang. I'm having a hard time reading it though. I'm trying to read more classics but I can't get into them. Is it normal? I've heard people say great things about classics but I don't find an enjoyment in them.

I don't, either. As a matter of fact, I'd rather stick a needle in my eye than read some of the so-called "classics".

679 The Great Hunt 2nd Book in the Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan.

the husband wants me to read the whole series. Not my typical choice. Its good but dense and sometime drags with the descriptions.

448 pages - Flight Behavior by Barbara Kingsolver
It feels even longer than that, due to the author's lyrical writing style. It's a good book, although a slow read.
