Always. I sit in the waiting room, then sit in the exam room. I used to take a physical book, but now I take my Kindle. It makes the time go by better than zoning out the TV and the people around me.

Everytime! Everytime I go, I usually wait at least 30 minutes to an hour. And I've heard about the germs on those doctor office magazines. So yes! That is the reason for my extremely large purse, to carry my current book everywhere.

I hardly take myself to a doctor's appointment! LOL But I'll take a good book anywhere else that offers vacant time.

If I am at home before I leave to go to the Doctors office then I will grab a book to take with me. Sometimes we sit in the Doctors office for a very long time and they can get boring. Its better to get lost in a book because the time goes faster!

Yes, I need one of these magical objects to keep me company. And I also need some reassurance and self-confidence, because I need reminder that I these people can battle demons, monsters, alien, ghosts and all these things, then I surely can face a doctor.

I take my book with me everywhere! I would love to carry a smaller purse, but it needs to be big enough to hold my book  I find it so easy to lose hours on my iPhone, but reading is so much more beneficial and just an overall better way to spend those empty moments.
