Nope its not bad at all. Whats bad is when you get so caught up in a series you read them all back to back without sleeping and its takes you three days.

If a book is good and you can't wait to get to the end it's okay to finish in one day.

I've tried to so many times to finish a book in one day but I can't say that I ever have. I think if I did finish in a day I would be a little bit disappointed just because it was over. Because if I finished it in one day it must have hooked me instantly.

I finished half of a series in a day book one in about 6 hours and book 2 in about 4 I definitely didn't feel like i lost something. I love reading fast because then I am able to read more!

I do this all the time! Especially when they are part of a series! I just feel like I have to finish the book so I can get to the next adventure they'll have in the next book in the series!

No, I would not consider that a bad thing. I know that I just get so into books that I just sit down and read and forget what is going on and you just keep reading and reading and reading. I know I finished both of James Patterson's Confessions book in just 48 hours. 24 hours for each book. I do not think I even used a full 24 per book.

Yes it happens. I too am usually disappointed that the story has come to an end. :( Hopefully I had another book on deck. If I do not and still in the mood to read I will go back and find my favorite parts of the book and reread them.

I do it all the time. Sometimes more than one book in a day! My problem is that when it is a series I'm reading, and I read the books close together, the books all tend to get muddled and I can't exactly remember when events happened (which book they occurred in).

That's not bad at all! I do it all the time! When a new book comes out that I've been looking forward to, I shut out the world until I'm finished! I hate getting interrupted while reading; it takes me out of that wonderful "world" I've been drawn into!

No. Some books are so good you want to finish in a day. Some books are so bad you want to hurry up and finish. Then there are the obviously short stories that only take a bit to finish. And on rare occasion you encounter the one that's just not your taste.
