If I really don't enjoy the book I have a hard time reading for more than a half hour. But, if I enjoy the book I can read for at least 2 hours if not, the whole day!

I can read for many hours. It is not completely unusual for me to look up and discover it is 5:30 am and I have to get up in a short while, having read all night. On a vacation, I read 9 books in 6 days - that's a lot of reading. I become so completely absorbed in what I read that I often do not hear when my partner speaks to me and calls me by name. I fall into a book as if falling into another world. :?

If the book is really good, I can read for a couple of hours in one sitting.

Longest period of time I read for was probably 10 hours straight... I did this for like days on end, and then lost track of reality when I finally left my room...

If I'm engrossed I would get up only when I finish reading the last line. That sometimes becomes equal to 8 hours. You people make me feel less guilty. ha ha

I can read continuously for few hours, but I do take breaks in between. If the book is captivating then I finish reading within a day with small breaks.

It can be a few hours, but the book must be really interesting to me.

I can read for hours even postponing sleep sometimes! Some people have the issue of binge-watching; I do this with books.
