I do prefer reading the real book myself, but occasionally I like to listen to audio books, like when I am working out at home, or when I am on the train.

The real thing. I find that the narrators of the audiobooks read too slow for my liking.

I tend to prefer a hardcopy or ebook version that I can read for myself. I always have had problems with listening to someone talking about a topic or subject and have found I follow along better when I personally read it myself. However, if I ever had an issue in finding a book in a hardcopy and or ebook version I would most definitely listen to the audiobook. :D

I prefer reading books. I have only listened to a few audio books but I enjoyed them. I don't like wearing ear/head phones.

I much prefer the real thing, I get too distracted with Audiobooks and then I end up missing something
Crap happens; it's inevitable, it's a part of life. You can't let it destroy though, you learn to be stronger and wiser through the crappy things that happen.

I prefer the feeling of a real book in my hands and imagining my own voices for the characters but audio books are great for when i'm having trouble sleeping.

I do still prefer the real thing, but I love the convenience of audiobooks for long car rides or even to listrn to while doing housework!

I would rather read a book than listen to it. I have listened to audio books in the car before, and for the most part they are too slow.

I absolutely love audiobooks, although I admit the only ones I've listened to have been the Harry Potter series, narrated by either Jim Dale or Stephen Fry (the Stephen Fry ones are amazing). I think they bring so much life to the story and are great to listen to when falling asleep or doing housework.
