There’s something incredibly soothing about winding down with a good book before bed. It’s a perfect way to relax and escape from the day’s stresses. I am a morning person, and so I leave the morning hours for more difficult tasks.

My favourite time of the day to read books is at 6 am before the daily life and then at the 5 pm for a relaxing session after a day of troubles.

Mid afternoon when my kids nap, I read at night some too but the afternoon time feels like such a treat because it’s my alone time in the day.

I read at night the most often (after work/after social activities), but my favorite reading time is on weekends or days off when I can wake up and make myself coffee and just sit there in bed with my coffee and my book. It's such a relaxing way to start the day, I love those mornings.

My favorite time to read is in the evening. It feels like a nice way to relax and is exciting to pick up a book and fall into the world behind the words.
