But I also love the element of learning. I read a lot of non-fiction, mainly history and science, that of course I learn a lot from those books. But novels also give a lot of insight into shared references and social commentary.

This is beautiful! I was trying to think of how to capture what I feel about reading and after posting my message, yours showed up above mine and I thought - "Yes! This!
