Yes I take a book just about everywhere I go. There is always one or two I keep in my car.

If I didn't bring a book to the doctor's office I would be beyond bored. I always have one in my purse just in case.

YES!!!!

I visit my doctor frequently and i KNOW how that place so small and crowded is. I rather read than have to see all those people stare at each other in the awkward silence.

Then when you get up because they called your name they look at you as if you were an alien or something. :lol:

Usually I take a book with me as well. If I can't do that, I try one of the magazines they have there (if they do). It's much easier waiting when you have something to read.

Yes, always. Some of my books are small enough to fit inside my jacket's inside pockets, which helps a lot.

I normally carry my tablet around with me, that way if its to noisy to read I can always play a quick game to kill the time :)

Definitely, you never know how long your wait will be, downside is, if you get too involved in your book and don't hear your name being called out
