colin wilson.

Post by gramophone.1969 »

Hello.
while going through an impressive, large book collection i stumbled across colin wilson...the philosopher's stone. published 1969. currently around 100 pages in and the novel is taking me to places i have never thought possible.
i would have to say this is the most indepth book that i have opened and stuck with it. the book comes across as extremely indepth but also fairly easy and enjoyable to read.
philosopher's stone is my first encounter with colin wilson but i'm going to search for his other works defiantly. including 'the mind parasite' and 'the outsider'.
checked out a few online records of what he's written and i don't seem to find 'the philosopher's stone' so has anyone encounted wilson and this novel i am so engrosed in?

i'm new to the place .. looking forward to hanging around and learning!

It does sound interesting...but not much was mentioned about the plot.
