I'm a Little Upset Right Now

I signed up to help score the reviews. I did quite a few of them but it was during a very hectic time in my life and I ended up not keeping up with the minimum amount of reviews I was supposed to score. Because of this, I fell a few levels, was no longer able to score reviews, and didn't get paid for the reviews I did score. I brushed that off as no big deal and kept reading and reviewing books. The book I read and reviewed after this, for some reason, was missing the "verified purchase" label on the Amazon review. I spoke with Amazon on four separate occasions and each time they did everything except address the concern I was having. Needless to say, the issue did not get fixed and I still haven't been paid for this review. This was in December. I moved on to the next book, sure the previous issue would be fixed eventually, and finished reading it and reviewed it. It was approved and published, and then a dispute was opened on it because of discrepancies about borderline profanity. I responded to the dispute saying that my scorecard was incorrect. That was on February 20th even though the review had been approved and published around the beginning of February. Today I opened my account to see the dispute is reopened and when I click to respond to it, it says it has already been responded to. Because of this, of course, I still haven't been paid for this review. In the meantime, I had read and reviewed a third book. It had been scored not only by a scorer, but by an admin and I received a 94% on it, and upon checking today, it says my review was never submitted. And, on top of that, because it says it wasn't submitted, it counted my status update as late and docked points. And, of course, I haven't been paid for this review.

I would be upset too! I am also having an issue with Amazon. I submitted a review several days ago but it hasn’t posted yet. I called customer service and they told me to email their review team. I sent an email and am waiting for a response. Meanwhile, I can’t select a new book to read and review on here because I need to mark my Amazon review as submitted and provide the direct link. It’s been submitted but not posted by Amazon, so I can’t provide the link…

I have had similar issues with an Amazon review and it’s been such a pain!!!! Amazon is basically negative helpful and just like “nothing we can do” and at this point I just want the review on here cancelled or something because it’s holding up my payment on others. Nice to know I’m not alone lol

Literally, the Amazon customer service for this is not useful AT ALL! When I emailed the review team, I got an email saying that address doesn't even exist.

Dealing with the customer service team on Amazon was so frustrating! I spoke to about 8 different people and not a single one could help.

Girl it nearly is hahahahaha I was like what is the point of an IT department or someone with an IT degree if you can’t go in and manually change something like that?!!
