I like raw veggies, but if I had to cook a veggie, I really love steamed broccoli with a little bit of oil and garlic or I love making cauliflower mashed potatoes.

I made a ‘green bean casserole’ for Thanksgiving. I wish I had known this beforehand. My green beans tasted raw. It took five hours in total. What a waste!

I like veggies no matter how. I like them steamed, done in the microwave or sauteed but my favorite way is in the oven.

I love cabbage and codfish, steamed. It is a very delicious meal that I eat with dumplings, green bananas and sweet potatoes. I usually shred the cabbage, cut the codfish into small pieces, and season this with black pepper, onions, sweet peppers, carrots, parsley, thyme, and mixed seasoning. This is usually done a day or two before I steam, so it is well tasty.

Often I will bake veggies with seasonings and a bit of oil on a cookie sheet. I also frequently will steam vegetables if I just want the vegetables. But most of the time when Im using vegetables they are part of a meal that require special preparation (like stuffed cabbage) or soup or salad
