I like dessert at the end of a good meal. It is part of it. I can wait a bit and a dessert with a coffee :)

Rarely, if ever. I eat really small meals throughout the day, and drink lots of water. So, I'm pretty satisfied.

I'm not a sweet tooth but I do like dessert after a meal cause I think it's a nice way to round out a meal. Plus sometimes, a light and fruity dessert can cleanse the palate after a heavy meal. It lets you appreciate the different flavors you just experienced.

A delightful dessert is something I am always craving for at the end of the meal.

After a meal, I'd definitely be up for a sweet treat! Desserts can be a great way to end a meal on a happy note and even boost your mood a bit.

If I'm still hungry after my meal, then dessert absolutely fits that bill. I usually go for a cheesecake but anything with sugar is up for grabs.

Definitely! For me it's a great way to end a meal . On Sundays I insist on making a pudding or adding cake after our meals just to complete or to some, start the week. I have a sweet tooth and anything to maintain that is good enough for me.

My dessert doesn't necessarily have to have sugar in it
