Bread, jam, butter and peanut butter

Each is amazing!

If i mix all three at once, the individual tastes would be overwhelmed and that might nauseate me.

I have never put all three at once on bread before. I do bread and butter or bread and peanut butter. I'm not a fan of jam.

I don't like peanut butter or butter just on my bread. So I choose jam.

I enjoy buttered toast or plain bread with some jam. I am not a huge fan of peanut butter!

I don't like jam and peanut butter, so it's just butter, mayonnaise or boiled egg for my bread

I prefer this without thw butter - only PB&J. I actually don't have this often enough to notice an effect on weight, though.

Back in boarding school, I used to add all of them to my bread and I absolutely loved it.

The three add to your weight but it's difficult to do without any. Using the there at once is a bit too much calorie consumption. I will go for either one at a time.

These thing may look small, but are packed in the calories department. Weight gain is a given especially if there’s no exercise. I’ve never had all three together, but bread with butter is my favorite.

My favorite combination is toast with margarine, peanut butter, and strawberry jam. In moderation of course.

When I was a kid, I would never eat peanut butter, but today it is one of my go-to foods. I just don't really eat with jam and bread. My brother still eats peanut butter and jelly sandwich every day.
