India is spice nation of the world..!!
Black pepper is used in 50-60% foods of the country..
Being a South Indian, that hikes up a little more.. :wink:

I use black pepper in almost every dish, but one dish in which it really stands out to me is Brazilian corn chowder. I had never used so much black pepper in one recipe before (it calls for so much, the soup turns gray!) but it's delicious!

The black pepper is what I use anytime that I want to cook. I use it on almost everything except pastries. It is one of the most useful ingredients in the kitchen.
