I’ve seen meal prepping but I’m actually going to do it this week, since I’m starting school soon. A big challenge for me will be to get the motivation to do all the cooking. I like that I will simply have to reheat something to have food since sometimes I’m out of spoons(energy) to make food, no matter how seemingly simple it is.

Nope. I have never heard of it. It is nit something that is popular where I'm from. I'd like to learn what it means tho and how to apply the knowledge to my everyday life.

I have never prepped for a meal I think. It's an interesting information and will seach it up.

I occasionally meal prep. I usually wing my meals, though. If I go somewhere, I do plan my meals. I like to be able to choose my meals!

Although I enjoy freshly prepared food, I feel this is a great way to prepare for the week as it saves it.

Yeah! I started going to the gym like 8 months ago and meal prepping was a life saver! You just save so much time and effort, cooking just once for every 3 or 4 days. I still do it to this day and it never gets old.

Lately, my 11 month old has been loving roasts and anything that comes out of a crock pot. My husband just bought an eight quart crock pot, and I just FILLED it with beef roast cut into chunks, left the fat with it, , beef broth, bone broth, lentils, barley, shitake mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, celery, onion , kale, spinach, garlic cloves and spices. Its now slow cooking. I just slammed 3 of 5 food groups into this kid for the next 4 days. Milk and fruit to round it all off...
