I prefer to use olive oil. But purchase the kind of olive oil that is intended for cooking with heat if you are cooking on the stove. I use a good quality extra virgin olive oil.

Pure Olive oil is certainly healthy but you could also try coconut oil as an alternative. Very healthy.

Olive oil is good yes, but there is this Indian cooking oil Ghee which is also good! It is higher in calories but using a small amount and not over doing it is better for your health!

I love that olive oil leaves no after taste and is light on the stomach and the heart. Butter ranks next. I use margarine the least.

Olive oil is definitely the healthier option. I use it for so much. Even bread with olive oil and salt and pepper for dipping with bread is great!

Usually ill use olive oil but when I can I prefer to use avocado oil. It's light and doesn't affect the taste of food much. Olive I save for those recipes that I want to taste it.

Olive oil. I substitute it for butter often, as it is significantly healthier. It is a win in my book! I have not for any better substitution.
