I don't cook much, but there are a few thing I cook (I think) really well. Every Thanksgiving, I always cook my famous bacon brochette.
I also make a pretty good salmon dish and a really tasty lemony, buttery garlic sauce that is delicious for dipping crab legs in.

I do a bunch of cooking, but I'm known for making Weight Watcher friendly meals. Or that weird healthy stuff as some of my co workers put it haha. I mostly cook up pork and chicken in homemade marinades

In my family and also my extended family, I am famous for my chocolate chip cookies. The recipe is for a traditional chocolate chip and oat cookie but I have fine tune it a bit. I've decreased the sugar and added flax meal and a hint of cinnamon. Bake for 13 minutes or until the ends get slightly browned. What a crispy and tasty cookie. I usually make 4 dozen every four days! Do the math!

Im known for round the holidays thanksgiving and Christmas, cause the family loves my old fashion recipe for my red velvet cake, potato salad, and my baked ham. I use my own spices to each of them. I always come home with a empty dish. I love to cook.and love learning new things.
