Evelyn Rose is well respected writer from the older generation. She and has written numerous kosher cookbooks which are always informative and practical. I recommend all of them.

I have not heard of that before. Does it have anything to do with the ingredient? I love kosher pickles! Is this a pro or anti kosher club?
