I baked today Cheesy eggplant rolls

I am the kind of person who bakes something until I don't like it anymore. I'm sorry that's just me. My latest obsession is my three ingredients bake . Using flour, icing sugar and butter. We call it an eat-some-more buscuit around here because once you start, you cannot stop eating it

That sounds good! I have never tried eggplant before. I heard that it tastes a bit bitter. Maybe I will see for myself one day.
