Hmmm I am not quite sure what number it is, but I would say the couple of seasons prior to the plane crash is my favorite line up of characters, Altman, Robins, Torres, Hunt, and as much of the original cast as there is at that point. Christina is definitely my favorite character. I don't think I could really see this reinterperated into a book series, mainly because the actors/actresses are a big part of the appeal for me.
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming “Wow! What a Ride!” HST

I think the only way to read such books would be imagining the actors/actresses in your mind with their voices. If you can do it, you can enjoy those books exactly because they're so crucial in enjoying the TV show.

I don't have a favorite season, but my favorite characters are Alex, Lexie, Jackson, Maggie, Robbins and Bailey. It could probably be made into a series of books, but I don't know if I would be interested. I think it is great as a show!

I loved the show. Christina was my favorite character. She was witty, sassy, and everything I want to be. After she left, I slowly stopped watching the show. Also, Derek's death was devastating.

The first couple of seasons are perfection! Mainly because the characters of Izzie and George are just so lovable and I miss them dearly in the next couple of seasons. If this was turned into a book I think it would be so much easier to keep all the characters and add even more. But i do think that we wouldn't be able to go deeper into each of their storylines like we were able to in the series.

I was a big fan of Grey's Anatomy but the series did become disappointing as the story progresses. The show was pretty much over for me when the sent Alex after izzi again. This decision absolutely spoiled the character arc of alex.

Alex and George will always be my favorite characters. I was so upset when George died and just as much so when Alex didn’t return for the new season. I am actually kind of disappointed with the new season overall, not just because Alex is not in it. Grey’s Anatomy is still my favorite Tv series though. One season won’t kill it for me.

I honestly don't think I can pick one favourite season, they're all very special.
My favorite character was George but oh well.
O also liked Derek.
Maybe my new favourite is Amelia or Jo.
I feel like it is way too long to be a book series. Like, it would be around 30 books or something, it's just too much.

I love the show and I am still following it!
My favorite seasons though were definitely the first 6. After that with the characters getting killed off or changed the vibe of the show changed quite a bit.
