I am leaning towards Justice League. You have the "gods" - Superwoman and Superman vs. Thor. The Supers tend to take their responsibilities seriously and do not have many weaknesses, whereas Thor does not seem to care some of the time. Then you have the crazy rich guys - Iron Man vs Batman. Iron Man tends to have more advanced technology whereas Batman just has gadgets. However, Batman is a truly talented fighter where Iron Man just relies on his technology. That would be a fun fight to watch! Then you have the remaining assassins/ninjas/fighters - Captain America, Black Widow and Hawkeye vs the Flash and Aquaman. The Avengers here are more rough-in-tough fighters that manage to just always find a way to win a fight. The Flash obviously has the advantage to just run and tie everyone up, but he does not yet have the mentality to process and manage his way through a fight (yet). Aquaman is just brute force, whereas the other have a finesse to their fighting. All-in-all, I believe the Justice League carries the advantage in this fight.

I believe in a Draw between Avengers and justice league. Both Marvel and DC produce characters with some aspects in common. Heroes from out of space, heroes from earth and human with super kills. It would be a balanced fight.

The Avengers don't stand a chance. Superman alone can defeat the avengers with one hand tied behind his back. Unless the Avengers had Kryptonite to weaken Superman, I don't how they will win this fight.

The Justice League heros are basically gods. While the Adventures are just a bunch of humans with super powers. Except people like Thor. I think the Justice League stomps avengers. Even Thor is no match for the Man of Steel.

Even though I like both Marvel and DC, I am going to have to go Marvel on this one. The only one I feel that would actually have a chance from DC is Superman, and that’s still pushing it.

If it comes to an all-out battle- Justice League.
Animated version- Justice League.
Comics- Hands down Justice League.
Movies- The Avengers. Marvel and The MCU have done a fine job of portraying them in an appealing manner.
