I was thinking about this the other day - wondering if that could possibly be the force behind what Neo is up to in the Matrix? Is it something he wanted that caused the entire movie to happen? This kind of fits into the stereotypical notions of genies or jinn who supposedly (at least according to one episode of the television show "The X-Files) can also accomplish this sort of altering of reality to conform to one's purpose. Or, similar to the role played by Canadian singer Alanis Morrissette in the Kevin Smith film "Dogma", at least at the end of the movie.
