What is the title of this love across time movie?
It is similar to Lake house in that two people wrote letters to each other across time. It involved a post office which burned down, and a soldier in the American civil war. I can't remember the ending. I just know I loved it, and want to watch it at least ten more times.

Do you mean the television movie "The Love Letter" from 1998 (Not to be confused with the other movie with the same name that was made in 1999) ? It's the only movie I can think of with a slightly similar plot/concept.
