Not sure if this is what you're asking, but one of my favorite novels is This Is How You Lose The Time War. It's a sci-fi story about two time travellers working for enemy organizations exchanging letters and falling in love, which has got some of the best prose I have ever seen. It's also the only book where I've turned the final page and immediately turned back to the first one to start reading it again - it was that good.

If you're looking for a classic, though, Wuthering Heights is my go-to.

If Tomorrow Comes by Sidney Sheldon! It's a thriller and was released in the 80's but it's still, to this day, one of my favourite novels! It has everything and I try to read it at least once a year, that's how much I enjoy it!

The best novel I ever read is Harry Potter. Despite being set in a fantasy world, the books tackle universal themes such as love, loss, prejudice, and the struggle between good and evil. These themes make the stories relatable and resonant with readers from diverse backgrounds.

I have a long list, but I'd recommend those written by John Grisham, Frederick Forsyth, Arthur Hailey, and Jeffrey Archer. Archer manages to build complex novels out of relationships, while Arthur Hailey excels in building tensions within a given situation.

There are many great novels out there, but a recent one that stood out for me was Sophie Kinsella's Confessions of a Shopaholic! It was a fun read!

There are way too many to say. Really depends on the genre you prefer and the experience you have and want with reading. Ray Bradbury books are classics yet short. He has something to get you thinking.

one of my favorite novels of all time is Breakfast At Tiffany's by Truman Capote. Different than the movie - much more true to life and heartbreaking in my opinion - but still absolutely fantastic. I called it a novel earlier, but it's actually classified as a novella so it's a short read too :)
