What about comics and films?

In my opinion, movies can help comics grow, especially since comics start out as "still scene movies" : with films it is easier to make comic book scenarios come alive. Often, however, they lose their vividness of color, their weirdness and their childhood, always wanting to bring everything back to the real world, which is gray and gloomy compared to that of many comics. What do you think?

I agree that comics that were turned into films lose their vividness of color, but only if done incorrectly. I went to school for animation, and I tried to pay attention to the vividness of color when creating animations for that exact reason.

When I was a kid, I enjoyed comics. Now, I enjoy movies more than comics. I agree with you that vividness of colors is lost when adapting a comic to a movie. I enjoy watching action, and, therefore, I prefer movies.
