Best Documentary Film

Below is a link to what may well be the best documentary I have ever seen. It's substance is profound and it's presentation is uniquely formatted - I don't think I have ever seen anything like this done before. It concerns the events involving the city of Nanking during WWII. It is both brutal and oddly very beautiful ... quite difficult to articulate the feelings it spawns. You can watch it in its entirety at the link below. Warning ... this will be difficult to watch.

I recently watched Demi Lovato’s documentary ‘Simply Complicated’ documenting her struggle with addiction and fame. It was very interesting to see the struggles faced by those who appear to have it all.

Scars of Nanking is one of the documentary films that I appreciated.

I love just about any kind of documentaries. I enjoy them all equally, but for many different reasons. It's been a while since I've actually sat down and watched one... thanks for the reminder!
Also, there are a ton of free documentaries online which is awesome.
