I recommend Winterlands book series by Barbara Hambly. Also, she wrote book "Stranger at Wedding" with main protagonist witch in it.

Besides, there is a very old book series Witch World by Andre Norton. As you can tell by the title, there are a lot of witches in these books.

Perhaps I will recall some other books about witches. After all, it is a very popular profession in fantasy worlds.
