Recommendations for a Wilde Lover

Two of my favorite plays are An Ideal Husband and The Importance of Being Ernest. The wit, satire, dramatic irony and paradox are absolutely brilliant. Not only does it make for an entertaining performance, but Wilde uses them to say something substantial about the Victorian Era in which he lived.

Can anyone recommend other plays I would enjoy, hopefully with a combination of humor and substance? (Obviously there's Shakespeare, but I'm looking for something slightly more recent).
