As the author or, should say, translator of A Portrait of Lord Shree Krishna, I have had the extraordinary privilege of opening up a world of wonder in my demystification of Rupa Goswami's masterful play. As a monk of twenty years, I learned to imbibe Indian spiritual culture, and have by default become something of an insider-outsider with armed with the speciality of being able to communicate the nuances therein to an unfamiliar, English speaking audience!
