Hello my bookworm friends

Hello all! I am new to this site and just found this introduction thread so I figured I should introduce myself. I am 34 married and am disabled. Reading has been my savior since I was a child. It was a way for me to leave reality and immerse myself into different worlds.
I started out reading Nancy Drew and Sweet Valley High. Then I switched to romance novels then from that I started reading horrors. I found Stephen King whom I still read and love to this day. Although SK is my favorite author I mostly read non-fiction, memoirs, classics and some biographies.
Because I am disabled I read roughly 3-4 books a week. I collect everything I read. So far I have about 600 books in my library, it's an addiction I guess, lol. I am happy to have found this site so that I can talk to other avid readers. See you all around.
