Review for Keys to Harmony
I highly recommend this book for therapists and people who need help with mental health. I think people who read this could have some good insight. The author has some depression when she plays the piano. The author eventually became a therapist. The author had a hard time playing piano sometimes yet would give up on it. There were other times when the author had joy in playing the piano. The author did not give up on life but stuck through everything. The author could have committed suicide but didn’t do that. Getting through depression can be hard but there is a lot to live for. The author even tried a medicine for mental health. It helped to play the piano better and get through depression.
I give this book a 3 out of 4 because it is good and I recommend it for therapists and people with mental illness. There was no bad language in this book, and it didn’t have any sexual references in it so that meant a lot to me. The grammar and spelling were good in this book.
I rate this book 4 out of 5 because this book is very good and it is above average. I read this book every day because this book is enlightening. It could help a lot of people with their mental help if they read this book. It could keep people inspired and do what they like to do in their life. There are medicines out there that help with mental illness, and I take them. I believe medicine for mental health is important. I don’t have any dislikes about this book. This book was worth it for me to read it, and I hope more people can read it too and get help from it.
