How would Castello get an immortal into the 21st century? Does he find more pills? What do you think?

I think he somehow finds the recipe for the pills through Erika, and travels the world keeping catastrophes like the holocaust from coming to fruition. He also convinces Erika and his son to start taking the pills as well. Eventually, he has to help the US stay good and keep the leader of the new fascism at bay.
