Yes I like reading books that describe places I've never been to as they make me eager to visit the physically and see for myself the real thing. They make my mind start wondering and figuring out what the scenario feels and looks like.

Defintely. I am particularly interested in reading books about places I have not been to, or, may never go to because the reading experience gives me a fair idea of such places.

I adore books if about different places. I enjoy reading those set in the future, the medieval and the present. I read My Trip to Adele and felt I was in the places described so vividly in the book.

Yes, definitely. I think in a way, that's the point of fiction. To transport us to a different time and place and even to another life. Life of Pi is one of the most vivid books I've read about a place (or places) I've never been to.

I think reading books of places you've never been can be a very good experience, if the writer is able to clearly describe those places. I just finished reading a book called breaking sandcastle, and the writer vividly described places in France and America that I've haven't been to. Just by reading it, I felt like I was there. and it evoked some feelings inside of me that I really liked.

Yes! I think that is one of the best parts of reading! It can take you where you have never been or even places that don't exist in our reality. It is wonderful.

I love books that describes places I've never been to, although the matter is a double-edged sword. On the one hand, they help me mentally travel to places I may never be able to see in real life. That's one of my favorite parts of reading, being able to explore and have adventures when I financially or otherwise just cannot have such adventures in my real life. On the other hand, I have to trust that the writers know what they're talking about. It is very possible that they're misrepresenting the area and/or did not conduct proper research but I may never know that for certain. With books like My Trip to Adele, I assume that the writers have taken the time to research so I trust their word on the matter. Still, that's not always the case.
The more that you read,
The more things you will know.
The more that you learn,
The more places you'll go.

Yes, I love to read books about places I have never been to. I especially like reading about books that take place in Europe. Although I have recently been in France, here are other countries in Europe that I have not been yet.
