This book is a thrilling motivational book that talks and places emphasis on humans. The central idea is the relationship between humans that coexist on the earth. Before it delves deeper into making this connection, it tries to establish what human consciousness is and its role in helping humans show kindness and love to other humans that cohabit the earth.


I have learned from this book that before I can love another human, I must, first of all, love myself. I've equally learned that this body we're putting on is just like a cloth that will wear off over time and that the only thing that remains eternally is our consciousness.


It goes on to list out reasons we should love and embrace ourselves. One of them is that we're all we have. Every other thing will wear off and fade away including our physical traits and body. The only thing that will remain forever is our soul.


With this knowledge in mind, the book equally advises us to look beyond a person's physical attribute into their soul where their consciousness lies, and love and show them kindness just as we do to ourselves because we are in this world together.


Overall, this book is a good read. It is a good igniter. I absolutely recommend it.
