The information in this book sounds useful for team members and managers alike. I love the idea of the Under 30s Board. I can’t wait to finish this book. Thanks for an excellent review, Twylla!

I like that the author bucked the system and tried something new that hadn’t been done before. I’m curious to learn how it turned out.

A fictional business transformation story that highlights how behavior modification may be the key to every successful enterprise. While I thought that the name of the book suggested something altogether different, I am actually quite impressed by what this novel is actually about. The Consummate Communicator sounds like it has the potential to impact lives outside of the professional arena. I have already added it to my shelves. Thanks for the great review!

This book seems unique. The technique of creating a fictional story to demonstrate how to be a better leader and how to manage a business, but different from the self-help non-fiction books that might bring direct advice, but without practical use. Thanks for the informative review!

I like the book's cover design and the alliteration in the title. Congratulations to the author for BOTD.

Great review, very insightful. I liked that you mentioned the primary lesson learned; “change can be difficult,” I’m sure that goes for many of us right now.

"Undercover Boss" was a fantastic show where the CEOs of companies would go undercover to see what was happening in their branches. The premise for the show definitely coincides with this book. The lessons a leader can learn from viewing how things are handled within local branches in insurmountable. When people know you are the boss, they try to be on their best behavior. Great review of what seems to be a very intriguing book.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting story about a bank that is losing business and cannot seemed to know why and so they hire Jar Admiral, who attempts to turn the business around and get it out of this grim situation. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

The Consummate Communicator sounds like a self-help guide that discusses how to lead an organization successfully, and it has some practical lessons for an ambitious entrepreneur.

The only thing unchanging is change itself. Most of the time change is painful, especially in our pride. To be aware of it and to do something about it is a win in itself. Looking forward to reading this. Thanks for the review.
