In Plain Sight by Susan V. Mallet offers a chronological, thought-provoking analysis of 2022’s major global events. With a medical professional’s eye for patterns, Mallet provides accessible insights into politics, the Ukraine war, and the British monarchy. While engaging, some opinions—especially on vaccines—may feel conspiratorial without stronger evidence.

This story offers a detective narrative where this is the main theme. The events unfold through the stories of different characters, always centered around crimes and their outcomes. The reading seems captivating; there is suspense and fiction in the events that occur, which hold great intrigue due to the criminals' conjectures and clever moves. An interesting reading option.

Despite the long read, this book is filled with multiple and engaging storylines that will surely captivate you. In addition, if you're somehow related to law enforcement, then this is for you.

Hands Across The Sea by Brian Cook presents an interesting premise that seems timely and relevant today. I appreciate how the author intertwines strong family and friendship bonds within a work environment consisting of colleagues with other evil agendas. Great premise! I would love to read this. idea of having friends in different nations rather than war is such a great message that is really needed in this era where some countries rather choose war over friendship

Hands Across the Sea by Brian Cook deeply resonated with me through its heartfelt portrayal of connection and distance. I was especially moved by Miriam’s quiet strength and her emotional journey, which felt both personal and relatable. Her interactions with Charles revealed the complexities of love, longing, and communication, reminding me of my own experiences with maintaining relationships across distance. The title beautifully captures the emotional bridges we build to stay close, even when separated by time or geography.

12+ storylines, wow! I also noticed a lot of dialogue when reading the sample. It is definitely for a mature audience. I don't know if I'll pick up the full book, but thank you for your insightful review!

Sounds like a very interesting book. I'm quite curious to have a look at 'behind the scene' of being a law enforcement officer, I can't think that it's an easy life at all. Lastly I love 'big' books, so definitely reading this soon. Thanks for a great review. Congrats on BOTD.

The title caught my attention, first. It's arresting and seemingly like a great read. Brian Cook's "Hands Across The Sea" is a realistic fiction that shares the experience of law enforcement officers in their service to the state/nation. The story is humorous, witty, and engaging. I certainly wouldn't mind adding this to my collection.

The characters in the book seem rich and complex. The thrilling part of the book and the policemen's stories will keep the readers on their toes, trying to guess what will happen next, and the diverse stories will keep them from getting bored.

The review highly praises the bool which i believe it rightfully deserves. I haven't read much about men in blue uniform aka police forces. I'll give this book a try. Thank you for an excellent review!
