It's not a usual thing to find a fictional story that discusses serious topics like it has been done in this. I like it that the author has fictitiously demonstrated "how a fundamental set of behaviors can transform a company and also make it a better place to work." I'll definitely read this book. This seems like a "road not taken" sort of book for the business world. As well as doing a nice job promoting this book, I like that you also managed to sneak in the name of another book the author wrote!

This sounds like a good read. I'm not a fan on nonfiction, but if told in a narrative style, I can definitely get behind it! Based on your review, this sounds like it was really well done, imparting knowledge without being heavy-handed. I will have to check it out, even if only for the idea of seeing how old men react when younger people are put in charge of things!

I was almost surprised to read that this is a work of fiction. It could be about any one of several companies I have worked at. There are great lessons here and the bonus is that it's extremely entertaining (if the sample I read is anything to go by). Thanks for the great review.
