I'm not sure what kind of grief is discussed in this book, as the review mentions that the main character, Larissa, has lost her child. It’s unclear whether this loss is due to death or disappearance. If it's due to disappearance, one might cling to the hope that the child will return someday, which can be even more painful than death. This kind of pain is exacerbated by the constant hope of finding the lost child, making it nearly impossible to move on. "Comfort in the Wings" is a story of love and loss. I appreciate that the review provides more insight into the book's concept, making me eager to read it. Congratulations to the author on BOTD

Definitely a book I want to read. I've recently lost my mother, so it might in a way help me to deal with it. Loss of a loved one is the most devastating thing there is and a person's emotions are all over the place. I don't think it it will ever get better over time, but you just in a way learn how to live with it. Thanks for a great review. Congrats on BOTD.

There's no worser pain and hurt like a parent losing their child. Larissa life is one tragedy after another one that will truly break anyone who is experiencing this kind of pain. I'm going to get this book because I would like to see Larissa come out on the other side of grief.

Thank you for your great review. I'm glad you enjoyed the book. I did like how it was written and I could feel all of the emotions the characters felt It does sound like a wonderful, yet heart-wrenching book, and I think I will add it to my list of books to read at a later time. I'm sure there are reasons that the reader doesn't know what happened at first, such as Larissa not knowing all of the answers and for suspense, but I always want to know all of the answers at first. This will be a good book to teach me patience too.

Losing a loved one is heartbreaking, but it becomes almost unbearable with the loss of a child. Larissa's thoughts and emotions in the book arr understandable. This book might help people to deal with grief and loss of loved ones. Thanks for the review!

Life is a play where we are the actors and the audience, We laugh and cry, love and hate, create and destroy,
We seek to know ourselves and others, to belong and to be free, We accept what we can and change what we must.

Losing our loved ones in the name of death is one of the most painful part of people's life. The biggest challenge is overcoming that loss and to lead a life without them. "Comfort in the Wings" will act as a great work for people to overcome their pain and worries regarding the loss of their loved ones to some extent. Congratulations on the BOTD.
