The above review informed me about the content of this book. It is about bullying and what impact it has on the mental health of a child. Congratulations on the BOTD award. This is a psychological book and is suggested to those who are interested somehow in post traumatic stress disorder. Best wishes on the BOTD award.

OCD, bullying and child abuse are more prevalent in this generation. I laud the author for taking a stand and making a book out of it. Since I'm not a fan of psychological fiction, I might have to skip this book. Thanks for the review. Congrats on the BOTD!

This sounds like a wonderful book that discusses very serious issues mostly neglected, especially by parents and schools—bullying and child abuse. Although, the title didn't make me think the book would be about this, I believe it will be of great help to parents and others in charge of children.

This book raises serious psychological and social concerns despite being fiction. That one reason I like it very much. I think every parent, teacher, and health care worker should read this. If majority of us do, then when can make impressive progress in dealing with bullying, it's effect on the mind and body, and other issues the author raised in the book.

Bullying presents a challenge when it comes to school-age children. Knowing the long-term effects on mental health is beneficial. The best way for the book to connect with the reader, in my opinion, is through the use of real-world examples.

By examining how societal flaws contribute to the perpetuation of bullying and mental health struggles, this book serves as a critique of current societal structures and encourages discussions on necessary reforms.

“The Angel of Death Origins: OCD, Bullying, and Questioning Reality” by Laurent Cousineau is a book that tells stories of the damaging effects of child abuse and bullying on victims minds and bodies. Sadly, the educational system does not protect children from bullying and the mental toll of bullying can last with children the rest of their lives. Name calling is the least of the problems, it is the physical and mental abuse that damages children for life. One of our presidential candidates has lived his life as a bully and has damaged many young and old people. His hateful rhetoric is constantly on display to bully candidates, members of Congress and the Senate. Only his niece Mary has the guts to challenge him. He is an example of how unchecked bullying can destroy a nation. I saw and experienced bullying as a youth because I was the smallest in my class through 8th grade and did not grow until Junior year of high school. I always fought back against bullying even when I was overmatched. My unwillingness to bow to bullying served me well. Once I was full grown no one attempted to bully me again. I raised my daughters to fight back against bullies. This is a very good book, and the sample was very educational.

The review underscores the significance of addressing child abuse in the context of the education system. The writer effectively emphasizes the detrimental impact of child abuse on children. Although child abuse is a sensitive and challenging topic, the review reframes it as a subject worthy of attention. The writer's approach makes the topic seem less daunting and suggests the value of addressing it. The review has piqued my interest in the book.

When a child is abused he/she is scared for life, and the sad reality of today's world is that we as a society have failed them. We are never taught how to deal with someone who has suffered the trauma of being abused as child, it could be mental or physical. It is good that someone is talking about this openly. This can give us some inside on how to help them.
