This novel is testament to the fact that friendship can come about irrespective of age. Also, sports can create special bonds that can last a lifetime.

This seems like a great book. I usually love watching shows that are about sports on the surface, but as you keep watching, you see it’s about so much more. I haven’t really tried reading about such things but your review makes me want to start trying. I feel like the reel sisters will be able to open up a new world for me. I’ll learn all about fly fishing, but I’ll also have a glimpse of strong friendships and overcoming struggles. Thank you for this review!

This is a one-of-a-kind story about a group of women that enjoy fly fishing. It is unusual to come across literature that portray women as outdoorsy. It also celebrates female friendship.

This sounds like a surprisingly deep read for a book about fishing. It delves more into the relationships and experiences of each character as they live their lives. Having a similar hobby that they can connect over seems like a wonderful catalyst for these relationships to blossom on the page.

I like the idea of this book focusing on the friendships of these different women. Fly-fishing is an interesting connection for them which the author describes romantically.

The Reel Sisters appears to be a fly fishing book at first. The process and experience of fishing are described in vivid detail, giving the reader a beautiful picture of what is happening and how the fisherwoman is feeling.Congratulations BOTD!

I do not understand fly fishing neither do I have an interest in it. The terminology used when it comes to fly fishing was quite new to me. I loved the sisterly bond the women share, it kept me smiling as I read through. I love that the review mentions how at first you could think the book is all about fly fishing but as you delve deeper, you realise that it is also about friendships and how these women live through their struggles. Great review!

I liked how the women bonded in this book supported each other. I think this book just shows that contrary to popular opinion, women actually love to see each other grow!

This book's lessons on friendship and bonding are fantastic. But I'm not sure I'd like it. Congratulations on BOTD!

I'm interested in seeing how these women form strong, supportive friendships as you stated here while developing a sisterhood that transcends blood relationship. Congrats on BOTD.

From a sampling, this is an entertaining story about four women and how they bond over fly fishing. If you like fishing, give this book a second look. Well done.

The idea is kinda unusual, but I find the storyline engaging. I like a book that takes me on an adventure with the characters. the beauty of friendship between women that bond over fly fishing seems like a lovely read. I think the detailed description about fly fishing would turn me off. Anyway, thank you for a nice and well-written review.
