This book demonstrates how person belief around human values differed from one place to another, this make challenging to accept new revelations around human nature, their freedom concepts, Human's rights.

Thank you for your great review. I'm glad you liked the book. I do like fiction and mystery books. I am curious to know how Saudi Arabia is described and what the charm on the Princess's bracelet means. I hope we find out what Victor would like to do with his life. It's great that there are a few errors in the book. After reading your review, I decided to add this book to my list of ones to read.

I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to know how the title is related to Lawson’s life as he accepted an invitation to visit Saudi and involved in a mystery. I love reading mystery books so this is right up my alley.

Seems like a very interesting and intriguing book, I will add it to my to-read list.
The mystery and suspense is very captivating. It is always interesting to know the story of a person who gets out of his country and have a hard encounter with other cultures, is a great journey that I think everyone should get to experience sometime.

Yes, the reviewer is right: I also enjoyed the blending of different themes and aspects, and the immediate plunge into the horrific ‘Karshoggi’ affair was enough to take me further and find out what the story is all about.

This is a great introduction to Dr. Victor Lawson. Through flashbacks, we learn about his heartbroken marriage to Sandra, his co-workers, his best friend, and best of all a mysterious princess who invites him to come to her country. His trip to Saudi Arabia and his arrival is amazing. The story presented here is truly captivating.

I have read a few pages of the sample on Amazon, and I felt the writer is a talented writer as the story flowed easily and it was easy to follow. I appreciate you letting me know about the limited number of characters in the book, as I often feel overwhelmed by too many characters, especially in a foreign setting with unfamiliar names. Although the book sounds interesting, I am concerned about the challenging themes it addresses, such as human rights and freedom. Living in a country where personal freedom is abundant, I'm hesitant about reading a book set in a place with severe restrictions on women's rights and inhumane treatment of its people, as it might detract from the enjoyment of the story.
