Have you read
The Audacity of Hope: Thoughts on Reclaiming the American Dream by Barack Obama? If so, what did you think? If not, do you plan on reading it?
Do you think Barack Obama could be president? Do you think he will be? Do you want him to be? Why or why not?

I read some of the book. I liked it, but I prefer to here Obama speak.
I think Obama would make a great president, but I don't know if he will win or not.
The good thing Obama has going for him is that he opposed the Iraq war from the start. Hillary voted in favor of back before it started.

I think Obama would make an outstanding President. He has a plan of what he thinks is good for the nation. Some key items is to improve the education of our children so that they are prepared for the global market. He would invest into colleges with grants to help research programs. Other items includes, protecting social securit for our seniors, and protecting people's rights to unionize.
He believes that our nation needs a strong economy that spreads the wealth to all citizens. He understands the problems facing the US today, and his vote against the war because he didn't believe there was enough evidence on Sadam and that we didn't have a focused enough plan proves his foresight.
I think that he should be President. People should not think he would be a great President, but that he won't make it. This is a defeatism attitude. People who think he would be great for the US should spread the word and encourage others to read his vision in his book, The Audacity of Hope.
