Book on choosing a career.... any suggestions?

Post by caryhson1 »

Just as the title says, I am looking for some insight. A suggestion for a book about mapping career paths would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance

i had a great book about this, but can't remember what it was called - published in the 80's I think! (Probably also out of print, so no help!)

Anyways, looked over at amazon, maybe you'd like some of these?

Guide for people who don't know what they want to be when they grow up:

The Pathfinder

Both had really good reviews, hope that helps! Could also try the career section in your library, I know ours has a lot!

I would recommend reading 'Think and Grow Rich' by Napolean Hill.

Things will be much clearer after..........

I recommend "What color is your Parachute" by Richard Bolles http://www.amazon.com/What-Color-Your-P ... 840&sr=1-1

I read it a number of years ago and found it very helpful.
