Have you read A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L'Engle? If so, how did you like it? Would you recommend it? If you haven't read it, do you you want to?

I plan to read it, because it was nominated for book of the month.

Please, no spoilers.

I read it many, many years ago...I do remember really liking it though and experiencing that familiar feeling of loss when I turned the last page...Anything by her is wonderful though...I hope you enjoy it...

I read it in the seventh grade. It was not a book that I would probably have read on my own but I am glad I read it. It exposed me to a different genre that I wouldn't necessarily read on my own.

This is one of those books that is confusing until about halfway through the book. Then all of a sudden the book makes sense. I really enjoyed it though. Now I am reading the second book in the series, A Wind in the Door. It follows the same format. Even though the book is somewhat confusing there is something there that keeps you reading.

I read it in sixth grade and I really enjoyed it. Before that I had great disliking of science fiction, but since I read that book I quite enjoy many novels in that genre. It helped me realize not to stereotype a whole genre because you could be missing out on some great stories!
